The Hristov Csikany Fencers Give Fencing Demonstration
Fresh from the Saber World Cup Tournament in Paris, the Csikany Fencers gave an interesting demonstration of the sport of fencing to our middle school students. This exhibition was the culmination of a cross-curricular unit of study based on Dumas' novel, The Count of Monte Cristo. Brookfield students read a condensed version of the novel in English class, and also read and translated excerpts in French.
Brookfield Math Team Brings Home Awards!

Congratulations to our 5-7 grade students who competed with 305 middle school students in the Christian Brothers Math Invitational. 7 our of our 9 team members received a "Mastery Award" for exceptional scores in the individual competitions! We are extremely proud of Olivia F., who took 1st Place Overall among all competing 6th grade students! Wow!
All Brookfield 8th Graders were Accepted to their "First Choice" High Schools!
